“If you r in no hurry, this rental business will do just fine. You call the company when you exit the airport, in 5-10 minutes they pick u up with your rental, complete the car inspection and off you go. Upon return they drive u to the Airline departure area and off u go.”

We took our car in for the first service, and we were highly impressed. Dolan is very organized and has an assembly line type service in place. There must have been 12 cars waiting for service when we arrived for our appointment. The service tech and all employees involved in the process were highly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. It took about an hour and a half to complete the service. They rotated my tires, changed the oil, and added all fluids as needed and put air in our tires. To top off the service, they gave my car an awesome carwash. They did all of this for no charge as part of their warranty. Dolan wants your business and goes the extra mile to earn it. They make their customers feel like valued members of their own family. I will continue to do business with this dynamic local car dealership. I encourage the general public in our area to spend their hard earned money at this excellent business. You will not be disappointed!”

The price was transparent (which is rare for rental companies these days) and the lowest of any rental company that I could find. The car was clean and ran well, no problems whatsoever. I highly recommed Alamo! One tip I have is to book early so that you have a car, but then go back and check the price again as it gets closer. You can usually find it cheaper, and save money by doing the "pay now" once you are close to the date and 100% certain the trip is on!”

“I must say, Lee Brothers actually surprised me. I like their approach to taking care of the customer. No pressure.
Bruno was great. He explained the Lee brothers' process. Upon my own inspection of the vehicle, I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. They took the vehicle to their local mechanic. The items i picked out were addressed, and a couple more items as well. They really took care of the vehicle before delivery.
I will be going to Lee Brothers for my next purchase. There is a reason Lee Brothers have been around as long as they have. Good quality customer service.”

“Great service, very quick and efficient, the staff is friendly and professional. I did have a tire issue, didn't know that was common with this location, I did pay a fee for the tire repair but i think that comes with using the vehicle. It could happen in any vehicle, anywhere, and it only happen one time. Phone service for roadside help was quick and efficient. I rent from them all the time and i will continue to. Way better than going to the airport where they have extremely long lines and you have to go through a FBI background check.”
“We arrived in Reno Thursday night, but I knew we wanted to go to Lake Tahoe the next day.
I made a reservation via price line and got a fair price.
The enterprise desk was easy to find , even for someone who wasn’t staying at the Silver Legacy Casino.
Knight was the associate on duty and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Although I had asked for a Rogue, he offered me a free upgrade to the Ford F150.
That was a good call as the F150 handled the mountain roads on the way to Tahoe with ease. And I had a lot of fun driving it.
I cannot recall the lovely lady who checked me back in when I dropped it off, but she explained everything about the deposit well and was assured the deposit would drop off in 24 hours.
My only criticism, and there may not be anything that you can control but the drop off on the 10th floor of the casino garage was a little nerve racking. Can you negotiate with the casino to have the pick up or at least the drop off at street level?
If there was a street level drop off and pick up I didn’t see and obvious signs for it. But again I’m sure the casino controls this.

The gentleman who helped me at the front desk was friendly, gave me options of a brand new vehicle and explained everything nor was he pushy on extras. The only thing that was a little confusing and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the drop off piece. They had so many people dropping off the cars and only one man reviewing the cars so I had to hunt him down and get his attention to give him the keys.”
