“I would like to give my opinion but being as I have only had email contact anything I would offer has no basis. The car belongs to a friend I tried to help by cosigning on her car loan. I put her on my insurance to get better coverage and lower her rates and this where we are today. As with so many things parts are apparently hard to get as the incident happened in March and it took 6 plus months to get it fixed.”

“This is a long overdue review to this awesome auto body shop. Floyd Hernandez went out of his way and made our day. He was very honest with assessing the damage to our CRV. I came in because of hitting the pole in our parking garage and looks like the paint was chipped. I felt so horrible and was just hoping to just have it done without going through insurance thinking it's just a minor repair. The first place I went to have an estimate of 2-3T and wants to go through insurance. Floyd from All American auto body in Reno fixed it in less than 10 minutes and did it all out of the goodness of his heart. This is really an awesome, honest and highly reliable body shop. Don't go anywhere else unless you have the damage estimated by them, highly recommended.”

“I have never had such incredible service provided from a body shop. I called shelby last week after ripping off the front bumper of my car on a metal snow pole in a parking lot. I originally was looking for parts and she immediately jumped in to help me, had me send her pictures and offered to look for parts. I asked for a quote to get it done, they had me bring the car in next day and helped cone up with a reasonable plan to get it fixed in a way that helped my wallet. Fast forward through new years, day one of 2024 she has me bring in the bumper it paint it on Wednesday, bring in the car on Thursday, and got a call Friday morning it was done. Cost was exactly what was quoted. I am beyond thankful to the team here for their fast work and reliability. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and use them for all auto body needs from now on. Thank you Shelby!!!!”

“Reno Auto Body is fantastic. My Audi Q7 needed a lot of work after being sprayed with road debris. Barry kept me up to date on the work that was being done. He worked on my Q7 during the pandemic when parts and supplies were scarce. Barry does amazing work. He is very detail oriented. We had Barry install a clear bra once the body work was done. There were some bubbles that did no cure out and he had it re-done. The car looks amazing. So amazing that I was afraid to drive it. I have gotten over that .You won't be disappointed with the results.”

“Had what was, in every way, an excellent experience with VIP Collision. Had to bring in a 2021 model year vehicle for some front end damage, and given modern vehicle front ends are packed full of sensors, radar, cameras, etc, it feels like even seemingly basic repairs cost an arm and a leg nowadays. With the first 2 quotes I got from shops in town, I was worried that'd be the case here also. Thankfully, VIP gave me a quote that was 1/3 of what the next cheapest estimate was, while still using OEM parts and being able to schedule me for just a few days after I first went in for the estimate (only real delay there was placing the order for the parts from the manufacturer and getting those in). While VIP originally suggested it could take the better part of a week for the work to be done, they had it ready by the next day and even got it detailed. Huge thanks to Gary and everyone else at VIP for the great work.”
