I've been very happy with my 3K watt inverter/charger. But more importantly, when the charger stopped working (stuff happens), they were very responsive and made accommodations to repair it for me quickly.

AIMS 2000 WATT INVERTER purchased from the Inverter Store on Amazon: AIMS customer service was excellent, they worked with me to resolve my problem. AIMS customer support answered my emails within a day or two. Eventually the problem was traced to my Dutchmen trailer wiring, not the AIMs inverter.
