Very stereotypical and rude they don’t care about their customers I wouldn’t bank with them !!!

All the many conversations we had about those fees you were charging on pending transactions for ach transactions you used to process prior to the date authorized ..I guess it's all coming back to haunt the bank now. I'm almost certain you owe me money but we'll see how this all plays out.

Went there to open an account last week and got great service from Kevin. Went in again today to have some docs notarized and Kevin helped us again and he had great knowledge of local eateries. Excellent customer service from this bank officer.
