“My family has banked at WaFd for decades in another state. When they came to Nevada, we finally transferred accounts to the Rhodes Ranch branch and were very happy there. When that branch was closing, we stopped in at the Ann Road branch for some minor transaction. After talking to Jenn for a couple of minutes, we knew exactly where we would be banking. It was worth the 30 to 45 minute (one way) drive.A short time after that, WaFd HQ was updating their computers, records, etc. They needed to see and make copies of a trust agreement we had. Jenn called and said her manager, Abder, would drive to our home, pick up the papers and return them to us. Can you believe that? And, he did it! In the afternoon traffic. And, in good humor!You can't go in the door without Kasey and Destiny saying hello or waving from clear across the bank. And of course, they will do anything to help you.Alondra has returned from the "far north" to work at the Ann Road branch. She is the "frosting on the cake". We knew her from her first banking job as a brand new teller at the Rhodes Ranch branch. After a short time she became our "Banker".If you live within a 1 or 2 hour drive of this bank, go there.”

“It's a nice shopping center. It has a Nevada State Bank. This was a beautiful bank! Very nice modern design in the inside! They have very nice dividers at the windows! It was a lot fancier here then I thought it would be. We got lucky and walked in with nobody in line. They were fast! So then we were in and out in about five minutes. And the staff member we had was also nice and very helpful as well. Thank you!”

“On June 1st, 2023 around 10 am I went to wire some money. The process only took about 10 minuets and I had no issues. While I waited those 10 minuets I seen how friendly and helpful the bankers were to each customer. A female customer who looked like she was having a bad day and appeared to be waiting on money to be deposited to her account was treated so nicely by a male and female banker. They explained to her that the money wasn't there and they understood any frustration she may have had. In the meantime , They offered her water and a lollipop while she waited. I don't know what that female customer's situation was but I do know that she was in need of money and also it was extremely hot outside. Seeing the bankers offer her water, be sympathetic to her situation and also telling her to wait inside the bank due to the heat was awesome. Good job to this bank for having outstanding customer service. Every single person on that shift was helping each other and friendly to the three customers I seen come in!”

“I was hesitant to open an account with ITCU because of some of the reviews. I went to the branch on blue diamond road and cimmaron in Las Vegas and met with Justin the branch manager. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous. We opened the account with a couple of modifications and have been very satisfied. “I know we all hate walking into banks, we'll at least i do. Specially when the teller or consultant is no help at all. This was our second stop of the day because at another bank the consultant was no help at all. I am so glad we walked into this U.S. Bank and met with Trisha. “Yes this location is always busy (I don't even live in Vegas) but I bring my mother when I visit her. Yea, there may be a wait but each time I have come has been a good experience. This last time was great. My mom had some issues recently with fraudulent activity and we knew we would have to wait since we did not have an appointment. The wait was not unreasonable (less than 15 minutes) and we were helped my Malik who was beyond fantastic. He was so friendly, personable and attentive. Even though it took almost 2 hours to get it straightened out (not his fault...we were on hold most of that time and the entire time Malik talked to us and did not make us feel rushed). We were very happy with the service received.”
