I came in to switch over my phone and Rosa was so helpful and nice. She got me all set up with cute accessories, helped me put on my screen protector, transfer all my data, etc. She made my experience wonderful. The store was clean and everyone was friendly.

Very helpful. I was a tad bit perturbed when a couple that came in after me was helped right away as I sat there waiting. But I got over it, I figure it was a prince and princess.
