Anthony answered and I asked if he had the freebies he said what freebies I told him the T-Mobile Tuesday app freebie he responded yes you better believe I got 'em. Ha! “I went in to cricket to see if they could help me activate my Iphone 14. I didnt catch the name of the guy that was helping me but he was so nice and informative and told me exactly how to do it. I also wanted to purchase a box for my charger, he and his co worker were able to help me out and sold it to me for a good price. They were both so nice !! “I went on July 7th 2023 to switch from metro PCS to Cricket. Nina the sales associate is a total ROCKSTAR. She was so upbeat, energetic and very outgoing. She told me about the promotions going on and what's included with what promotion. She guided me through the transition and took care of everything for me including getting me set up on Autopay. She was so specific and detailed when explaining everything. She assured me not to worry that my old service from metro PCS would be switched over to my new phones within the hour. This truly was a positive experience since switching over to a new carrier can be somewhat a little challenging.
