“My GF, through no fault of her own, had her car impounded on a Sunday. Bad luck. It was just good luck when she called to inquire how to get the car back and found a fabulous woman at Bay Towing to assist her. We drove down at 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm) and GF forgot her DL. The kind woman whom she spoke to earlier told her to go home and get it. She would stay late to make sure the car would be released. Wow! GF got her car back the same day!”
