Great staff and service. I needed to set up a new service after dealing with several issues the week prior. I was stressed, wasn't sure what I wanted and a scatter brain. The gentleman who helped me was patient and more than happy to go through the options with me.

It's impossible to reach the customer service! I tried for 3 hours without any success. First they asked if you want someone to call you. After waiting for 2 hours I called again and waited for another hour. T-Mobile way don't have time to stay all day waiting to speak to a customer service rep!
