“I try to ONLY visit this location. The staff is tremendous! Great attitudes and always greeted with a smile. Not often that you get consistent great customer service anytime you visit an establishment but this team is ALWAYS on point!”
“I walked in to attempt to purchase a replacement power cord to my Verizon 5g home internet router that my new pup decided to chew on overnight.
I was attended by the store manager, Sandy.
She went out of her way to make sure I received a replacement cord. I had to leave but she took down my number and called me no later than 25 mins to let me know she had a cord ready for me.
Thank you Sandy for making sure I was taken care of.
Only Verizon can provide such proficient service.”
