  This location has always been my go to branch ever since my parents used to bank here from 2003! My mom's favorite teller has always been Kerri, as she always displays the best customer service with promptness, efficiency with a smile! You can't ask for a better experience from a teller and advise everyone to go to her!

  They won’t let me access my money after setting up debit card and checking accounts. I can’t pay my mortgage because they decided to flag a purchase I made in person at a store. They have terrible customer service and it’s highly inconvenient to only have 5 branches in the entire city. I will have to move to a more... read full comment

  I had bad experience with them they didn’t want to deal with me because im deaf their back up office want me to gave them my doc to upload but the refused to collect it from me so sad they play games they have my bank closed with a balance for almost 6month now
