This bank always has long wait times. And they always have some issue or another. I asked where next nearest bank to them was and they were going to send me 12 miles away instead of 2 miles up the street. Annoyed with BOA.

Terrible experience! While attempting to send a significant amount of money this fat mexican female said “you looked nervous” while putting in my pin of course I am nervous im sending a significant amount of money and she gave me an iPad to put my pin in facing all the Tweekers in line. BOA is TRASH
