“Easily the best experience I’ve ever had! Juan was extremely helpful and answered my many questions with no problem. I thought I had an oil leak and come to find out it was my power steering. He made recommendations but wasn’t pushy whatsoever and gave me some ideas of what to do in the meantime. He also refilled my power steering fluid, took some oil out (I had too much), and helped me with my check engine light! They went above and beyond and I’m extremely grateful for the experience. I’ll only go here from now on and 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys so much!”

“The workers were amazing! However, work conditions seemed very unpleasant. They had one small AC unit smaller than the one I have in my own bedroom. Not sure how that’s expected to cool down the whole area with the giant openings. Some of the workers said they were going to leave and some said they were “paid” for it and they said this very sarcastically. You could tell it was very bad considering it’s about 116 outside and they’re working under hot cars. I’m sure the owner can afford a couple AC units..”
“Great customer service, José helped me. Our pick up was heating up when we arrived in the city, I contacted him and he told me that he would take it to the workshop, he soon checked our pick up, checked if there were any leaks, and checked the radiator covers and anti freeze tank. There he found the problem, demonstrated his experience, told us about problems related to our model and gave us a lot of confidence. And he resolved our problem promptly and honestly. Very grateful for the service. For any problem I would return without hesitation.”

“We were traveling from UT to CA and our tire popped right outside of Vegas. We called from the road. They were very accommodating and helpful. When we got there, they got us right in. We got such a great deal, instead of just getting one new tire, we decided to replace all 4. We don’t even live in their state and we would go back to them again. Excellent service! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.”
“My car was not able to shift into 4th gear and go above 45 MPH. That's a problem when you are driving across the country with your boys.
I was very lucky to find Amigos auto. Mario found the issue was a bad Knox sensor not a transmission issue (saved me big money). My car limped in midday Thursday, Mario diagnosed and fixed the problem and had me back on the road with my boys Friday afternoon. He could not have done better by me and my boys. Many, many thanks to him and his family. Five stars well earned and well deserved. Thank you so much guys for your great work and honest help.”

My tires are under warranty and the warranty company could not work with me or figure out how to help. Giovanni offered a complete reimbursement for any tire I had to purchase so that I was able to get home. I couldn’t be more grateful for his understanding and outstanding customer service.”

“I'll start by saying I have an extremely high level expectation because my car is my baby, and I'm a bit of a know-it-all.. took one of my Vossen wheels here for repair on a bend. Terry one of the managers was extremely patient with me and my nit -picking expectations . After the fix, and rebalance I noticed some minor mistakes the tire mounting tech made which ended up scratching the bejesus outta my wheels. The scratches were unacceptable, But the owner Steven not only showed up, expressed he truly cared, didn't minimize my problem and stepped up to do the right thing to make everything perfect. Nobody enjoys these types of situations or having to bring it up but I was impressed by the no BS manner which they remedied the situation for me. These guys behaved like I wish other businesses did and really earned it.”

“Went above and beyond for our spur of the moment roadtrip car problem!
From the get-go, the office worker was so polite and accommodating for our last min window problems.
We slammed the heavy door to our camper and the window fell inside the door and wouldn't come out. We called Desert Auto Body in las vegas, which was 3 hours away and they said to bring it in asap. They didn't seem annoyed at all that it was a last min appointment and we were out the door and on our way in a couple hours. They helped us so much and we are extremely grateful for their accommodation and friendliness. The mechanics known that they are doing and so does the receptionist. The prices were less than what i thought it was going to be. Thank you so much again! You saved our trip!”
