“Stopped in on a Tuesday morning (~0930) and was politely greeted and shown the products I needed for a Priority Mail document envelope. There were 2 ladies at the desk, no line, and zero fuss. Mel helped me out. I'll definitely use the Nellis Post Office before I waste an hour in line at another location. Definitely recommend!”

“If you need to ship anything, and I mean ANYTHING, bring it here. Don't wrap it, don't package it, just bring it and they do everything for you and it's extremely reasonable.I've brought unusually shaped parts of material from work that needed to be shipped across the country. Box Bros package it up and give you a quote right there. And it's usually cheaper than going to FedEx or UPS directly (unless you have an account) because they pass some of the savings from their shipping power to you.I purchased an electric scooter for my mom along with the stand that mounts on the back of the car a couple years ago I took it up to Box Bros and they built a box on a pallet and shipped it out freight. I think the whole thing shipping from Vegas to Michigan was under $200 and that included them building the custom shipping container.This place rocks and the employees are always nice and helpful.”

“My first time sending balikbayan boxes. Forex sent a driver to pick up my two boxes and he was courteous, on time and efficient. I shipped the boxes on November 21 and they arrived in Manila on January 11. The boxes are in perfect condition. “Superb service from Chris and everyone at Las Vegas Crating. I had been looking all over the place to just get 1 or 2 boxes (both with awkward dimensions) for some personal items that I needed to ship. It was either impossible to find them or would cost me an arm and a leg. I contacted Chris and he made those custom boxes for me with no questions asked. Super professional and helpful. “Went to this location inside the Flamingo Hotel to send items home to my son that would not fit in his bag. Everyone was professional and friendly, location was clean and presented well. My package was delivered 2 days late and my son missed getting it on time before heading back to his college apartment (was sent to his fathers house as that is where he was going to be on 12/29/23)., Customer Service number was a joke, no one would let me speak to a supervisor and would repeatedly end the call as they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I was very upset, though calm and professional on all calls to the Main Customer service number. I just wanted a refund on the shipping portion of the bill, not for the supplies and they refused, every rep giving a different reason as to why. I finally sent an email, as I was so ticked off. The store location I sent the package from called me within an hour and apologized for the customer service I had received so far. He refunded me the shipping portion of my bill, even though HE did not have to. He understood the package missed its delivery day by two days and felt horrible. He went above and beyond, much better than anyone ever tried to do at the main Customer Service number. Thank you for making things right Shawn, your kindness and honesty warmed my heart. Thank you so much for doing the right thing.”
