Had sectional restuffed and was done in a very timely matter. I am extremely pleased with the results. The delivery men Jordan and Socrates were very professional and handled my furniture as if it was their own. Thank you once again!

Overall experience not great. They are very good at helping you buy things but when it comes to any issues, it’s like pulling teeth. They will reach out though when you leave a bad a review. Communication is terrible, you have to pry everything out of them. They don’t just take care of issues. You will call and text multiple times to get a response and sometimes you get no response at all.

We have had so many issues with delivery of the couch that we bought . I called the store several times with this
problem . The Genersl Msnager is working on this for us . I appreciate everything he is doing for us . We will have to see what is going to happen going forward . You have beautiful things in the store . We will shop in your store again in the future .

Zach was fantastic in the same of our appliances. We had some big trouble with delivery based on a brew system in place. However, the manager went above and being to make us happy, as well as make things right with us.

I've been a customer of RC Willey for over 20 years. 90% of the time there is a problem with their deliveries. There is a definite communication problem between sales and delivery. The people that actually make the delivery are courteous and very helpful. Getting the right address and the right phone numbers to communicate delivery is the general problem.

My mother n law purchased a bunk loft/desk bed with twin mattress for our youngest son and it was assembled by two delivery guys. After they were done we looked it over and the desk was damaged! Then they didn't bring the right size mattress. We called customer service and told them! So today was the day of delivery, and they came with the new desk but NO MATTRESS!!!! I asked the guy you have the mattress right? The guy said No they didn't send us with the mattress! He was the same guy from the first time so you would think he would remember and make sure it's right, but NO! Unbelievable the other delivery guy called customer service and tells me they didn't have it in their notes, but yet when my husband called customer service they told him it was in the notes! Like for reals RC WILLEY get it together! My family shops their ALOT and I was thinking to go buy 2 bedroom sets for our new home but now I'm having second thoughts. So disappointed! Now my son has to sleep on the couch till we recieve his MATTRESS!

We bought a large sectional and one unit had a leather stain. The store brought a replacement out quickly. However the new unit did not sit properly along side the adjacent unit. The store was great and agreed to bring a third unit out quickly. It was unfortunate that we had the problems but the customer service we received was excellent.
