Came here to pick up uhaul the girl in front said my card was considered a prepaid card so I’d have to pay 160. We asked her if we can run home which is close by to get my debit card she said she’d wait. We were only gone 10 minutes came back she was gone. Bad customer service on her part laziness.

If I can put no star I would. This place have bad customer service and trying to get a hold of them is the worst! If you're looking for a place to be responsible for your car this is not the place to go! They are so rude and unprofessional here. Also is you are looking for a UHAUL drop off PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I turned in a uhaul here. The guy that took the truck was a complete j**** I wouldn't trust these people to work on my car.
