First time buying Birkenstocks and coming into this store. They had so many options but just not in my size. But the customer service was amazing and so patient with try to find the style I wanted but not having in my size it. Loved the fact that they do repairs there too! Dusty very very helpful and patient with y shopping, he made sure I try different tope of Birkenstocks so I could find the right pair, I had just left 5th Avenue and their service was poor compared to Dusty.Thank you Dusty you have gain a customer for sure!
