    I came in for a complimentary oil change and was skeptical they would try to upsell me. Tim took great care of me, not only did they changed my oil but checked tires/ brakes and gave me a report back. Everything was all in good shape and as expected. Thank you Tim and the entire Auto Nation team! I will be back.

    I bought my 2005 Tacoma at what was then Desert Toyota -now AutoNation Toyota and Jose Jimmenez has always been my service advisor.It is so important to be able to trust anyone working on your vehicle and I cannot say enough great things about Jose or the rest of staff!!I highly recommend this business and will use it forever!!

    When you purchase a Toyota from them it includes some oil changes and check ups for the vehicle at no cost.I've been twice now, and both times, I was up charged and an oil change, which takes a maximum of 20-30 minutes.... Took them three hours to complete, and that was with an appointment. I'd rather pay and go somewhere... read full comment
