“Check in was easy and quick. Appointment was right on time. Technician was friendly and so was the building security guard. Good location and easy to find. The only hard part is finding an available appointment time when you don't book pretty far in advance. I'll be going back again soon and will update this review accordingly.”
“It is clean and surprising, very busy on this visit. There was a staffing shortage that disrupted the normal quick and friendly serve that is normal here. This was true at 4 additional Quest locations we visited on this date.”

“You are on your own for checking in. While I was waiting (15 minute but I got here 15 minutes before my appointment) there were two people that needed assistance while trying to check in. If you don’t have an appointment and you do a walk in, I have found it to take an hour.”

“I set an appointment, which I heard from reviews that it was very important. There was a walk-in that happened to be in front of me. However, that did not push back my appointment time, which I was pleasantly surprised. The technician that was helping me was very friendly and professional. The overall time, including wait time, to finish was under 15 mins”
