“I came in at the slightest hope that maybe I could be seen the same day it was late in the day but they were able to squeeze me in and was very polite about the whole situation.And were very discreet and helpful about my very personal matter, I ended up making them my primary care physician.The front desk associate Roxane and the nurse Gisselle were amazing being that it was my first time experience there and made me feel really welcome even though I didn’t have an appointment.I can’t recall my drs name but she was just as amazing definitely worth the 5 stars”

“After sitting in an overly crowded lobby at Quest and finding out they did not accept my insurance, lab work would cost a whopping 1000 dollars! I went to Labcorp, and the experience was great! They had a spacious and uncrowded lobby, the staff was professional and personable, they took my insurance, and after checking into the kiosk and scanning my license and insurance card, I was out of there expediently. The cost for lab work cost me a reasonable 60.00.Parking is free for two hours, and I will use Labcorp in the future.”

“Since having several bad experiences at other labs, one of my doctors sent me to Primex. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Fast service, almost no waiting, expert almost painless sticks. I've never had the big bruise that I usually get from blood draws. The staff is very friendly and very professional. I have a blood test twice a year and will stay with Primex even though I have to always request a referral to Primex from my doctors. They always seem to want to refer me to the "big" lab in town.”

“Really ideal experience! Shout out to "Piña Colada" Charlotta and her coworker whose name I believe was Veronica (I didn't actually meet her). They were amazing!I made an appointment online (this is a necessity, the line wasn't long but make the appointment online regardless). Unfortunately I forgot my lab order at home. Charlotta brought me in anyway and said "We're gonna get you sorted out no matter what, don't worry!" And right she was. They first checked to see if the digital database had my order. When that failed they said I could call my doctor's office and have it faxed over. Charlotta drew another patient's blood while I waited and the instant the fax came in Veronica added all my orders to my patient profile so they could take mine next.The staff were comforting, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a great conversation with Charlotta while she worked; really couldn't have asked for a better experience! And I barely felt the needle stick. A tip, in case you didn't know: drink plenty of water before your appointment so your veins are easier to find!”

“I went to take a test for the coronavirus negative certificate required when returning to Japan. According to my research, the price was $120, which is the most reasonable price within the range that is easily accessible from Las Vegas BLVD. If you email me any questions you have in advance, they will respond immediately, and on the day of the test, they will stop your car, ask you where they are looking at you as you head towards the door, and open the door to greet you. I did. When I showed him the sample certificate from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's website, he told me that he would fill it out and send it to me later, and sent me both the Phamatech Inc. form and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare form that I had handed to him by email. He gave it to me. The staff is very kind and I can recommend this place. Of course, the Phamatech negative certificate was valid when I returned to Japan!”

“I always have a good experience here. I schedule my appointments online and check-in is easy. My cell service sucks in here, but they have free WiFi! ?? FYI - Urine drug tests can only be completed 8 am to 2 pm.Just expect to wait. Bring a charged device and your patience, so that you don’t get irritated with the busy staff.”

“Dr Estavez and his staff, especially Ana are so kind and helpful. I take a friend here and we are both so happy to have found this doctor close to home. When my friend wasn’t feeling well, Ana told me not to bring him in, we will do a tele visit tomorrow. It just took a few minutes and the doctor ordered the medication he needed. The pharmacy called me a short while after the phone call to let me know his medication was ready. We really couldn’t be happier with the care we receive from Dr Estavez and his staff.”

“The waits can be long and definitely do recommend arriving at least two hours before they open. Some days can be busier than others and it’s never easy to predict but once you are in there every one treats you kind, never felt feelings of judgement as we are all there to be responsible. Everything they do for the community of beyond helpful. Should you go, do it on a free day as again with it being a free testing site it can take some time and waiting. Be patient.”

“I've been going here strictly because my GP is located on a different floor. It at the time that I was receiving my medicine through him I would just simply go down a few floor and get my script filled instead of having to make another trip to Wal-Mart or Even worse the souless pharmacists at Walgreens and more importantly CVS on Desert Inn, I was never treated so terribly at CVS by any establishment ever. I only went here because AHF had just closed and my Dr wrote out my medicine at 645pm and I got to CVS at a little before 7 (they closed at 9) the pharm tech was great and said no worries since one of the meds I need otherwise I will have seizures. Anyway after the head pharmacist comming and saying she would do it, she then came back (after I saw her looking up my history ppmp or whatever the acromion is) there is no blemish on my history. I don't ask for increase. I don't come before I'm allowed to pick up, but for whatever reason. Well her reason was she wouldn't have time to fill it to the next day. So I'm glad I only had to deal with the big chains that one time. Now on to the amazing folks at AHF. They not only take the time to KNOW my history but go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. The worst case scenario would be a 10min wait which is so amazing and refreshing when I know other chains take anywhere from 1-4 hours potentially more. However as long as I have my end taken care of I'm always treated incredibly nicely and with much understand. I really appreciate all the employees at AHF. Even though I no longer get RXed my meds at my GPs instill xhoose to drive the extra 15 mins to go here because they actually know who you are and you aren't treated like a #/nobody. They truly do their best to understand you're med situation. For that I'm very very grateful to all the great folks at AHF. I wish every business treated their customers like they do. Not to mention their mission statement and the work their sister org does is amazing for folks who need it. Luckily I don't but I'm glad to know that folks like then are there in case I would need to use their other services. Kudos to them and they are doing noble work. Also believe its a non profit though don't quote me on that. So bottom line is I love the genuinely good and seemingly heartfelt service they provide in making sure there arent issues with my meds because my Dr unfortunately sometimes forgets to add certain meds or not get it sent out to the last min. But they are always there to call me and let me know so I can take appropriate action to get the meds I need. So I'd give them more stars of possible haha. Very much appreciate this businesses and more importantly the folks who run the day to day. ? thanks for making a very nerve wracking day of the month very much less nerve wracking!! Much love and respect!”
