“Had an overdraft issue with a reoccurring charge went down to the bank to put some money in the account. It was totally my fault for not realizing I had setup wish purchases as a recurring payment. Went home didn't think a second thought about it...got a call from them about 30 minutes later they had looked into it further and were able to credit me back about 40 dollars in overdraft fees...just want to say thanks to Julie McCain for the amazing customer service you've made a customer for life...”
