“iam from idaho lost my transmision thanksgiving day going to families in Elko.Had a friend come Saturday to haul self and truck back to Idaho.driving through Elko hauling my truck friends rear caliper locked up snapped driveline right in half on mainstreet late saturday evening freezing cold holiday weekend called every option on google Slys called us back just arriving home from a many hr drive himself came to where we was offered to give us his driveline off his own truck as they was the same trucks if he did not have the material to build us one . granted he was able to build us a new one came and installed it 11pm saturday night freezing cold in Oriellys parking lot .made it back home Prices was very reasonable great service quality work. please if his line of work is what you are needing you wont and cant go wrong choosing them .. thanks again for everything”
“I went to this location after having problems with T680's alternator and high voltage ⚡️. They did a great job by troubleshooting and finding the problem. Instead of trying to change the alternator like the past shop tried. They were fast and professional. I really appreciate both Courtney and Kortney from the service department for their amazing personality and professionalism. “Our truck broke down while heading out on a camping trip. Our roadside assistance towed to the Chevy dealership for repairs (we own a Ram truck, I know weird). The service department was extremely understanding and while they didn't get the chance to fix the repairs, they still helped and went above and beyond with offering their service shuttle and following up the next day to make sure we didn't run into anymore Issues.”

“So I broke down in wells, and got towed in to Elko, called peterbilt and jack the mechanic talked to me, first he was recommended by the owner of the tow company which was atlas out of Elko, mind you it was Friday afternoon jack got to my truck and ran a diagnostic, in less than an hour he found the problem, unfortunately they didn’t have an ECM, jack was really helpful and very knowledgeable. I got a ECM out of Salt Lake City on Saturday morning, jack said if you get it I will be here to install it and get me going, and that’s what happened, even though peterbilt is not open on Saturday or Sunday, jack went out of the way to get me back on the road, highly recommended A++service, thanks”

The owner is nice and reasonable shame they are short staffed, but hopefully, they will get help soon. They try to help you as much as possible. Just understand they are doing the best they can right now, and they sure try to do as much as possible for you”

They only had time to fix our vent but when we mentioned our RV water pump wasn’t working, they made the time to fix it even when they were swamped!
