“I went to this location after having problems with T680's alternator and high voltage ⚡️. They did a great job by troubleshooting and finding the problem. Instead of trying to change the alternator like the past shop tried. They were fast and professional. “Breaking down near elko 7pm with 4 in MB sprinter van and u-haul trailer is not a pleasant experience. Tow truck suggested we deliver van to NDRP. We left it in their lot overnight. First thing Friday Shannon -- who thought whole thing was fantastic -- told us they were booked until following Thursday but she try to sneak it in for a look. She got them to look at it Monday. They made the repair Tuesday morning and we were back on the road that afternoon. Could not ask for better service from kinder people. Thank you all. 5 stars without hesitation”
“iam from idaho lost my transmision thanksgiving day going to families in Elko.Had a friend come Saturday to haul self and truck back to Idaho.driving through Elko hauling my truck friends rear caliper locked up snapped driveline right in half on mainstreet late saturday evening freezing cold holiday weekend called every option on google Slys called us back just arriving home from a many hr drive himself came to where we was offered to give us his driveline off his own truck as they was the same trucks if he did not have the material to build us one . granted he was able to build us a new one came and installed it 11pm saturday night freezing cold in Oriellys parking lot .made it back home Prices was very reasonable great service quality work. please if his line of work is what you are needing you wont and cant go wrong choosing them .. thanks again for everything”
“Our truck broke down while heading out on a camping trip. Our roadside assistance towed to the Chevy dealership for repairs (we own a Ram truck, I know weird). The service department was extremely understanding and while they didn't get the chance to fix the repairs, they still helped and went above and beyond with offering their service shuttle and following up the next day to make sure we didn't run into anymore Issues.”
“Highly recommend. I love that they offer quotes/estimates digitally and sometimes without even having to see your vehicle if you know exactly what needs to be done already. My son-in-law recently had a scare and thought the worse about his truck when he heard a loud pop on the highway. After a quick Google Search and look up of reviews/reputable shops in their area, I told my daughter to give this shop a call. They had the truck towed there (probably not necessary, but better to be safe than sorry!), they quoted it and got it repaired the same day. Excellent customer service and honest work! “Initially I wanted to put zero stars. We were traveling and were hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from our destination when our truck went into limp mode because of the Def System. We are still under warranty and pulled into this dealership hoping for help. The initial person we spoke to refused to help us even though we were completely stranded. Luckily David Booth Manager stepped in and recognized the seriousness of our situation. We had a room in Elko, spent the night and David had us on the road by 10 the next morning. “We were stranded in Elko with a broken brake line a few weeks ago. We called around to many local shops no one had same day availability or our Sprinter was too big for them to work on. We finally found TABSS and gave them a call. We laid out our issues and they told us to bring it in! The gentlemen working there were all so friendly and no-nonsense about what needed to be done. Before we even realized it, one guy was already making a call to get the parts ordered! We walked around town for a few hours and by the time we came back, our van was ready for us and had a shiny new brake line. These guys were lifesavers for sure!”
