Shoshana is the reason I come to Dayton Verizon. I will not go into Verizon unless she is there. She is intelligent and respectful. Cody is the person training today and I can tell he's gonna be a great addition to the team. She shows me the new products and I love the way she actually cares about her guests. My experience with this store is, and has been, OUTSTANDING. Verizon I'm not happy with, but this satellite store is dependable and reliable to work with.
