It inly took 1.5 hours to return my cable box. But the best part of the wait was watching 1 of 2 representatives break down cardboard boxes for 30 minutes.
This is exactly why i don't have Spectrum mobile. Its a shit show..

Easy store to deal wit, just make an appointment online and you get right in, or better show up at opening at 10 am and go right in. I needed to update my modem and router to get the 400 Mbs speed and it was FREE! just bring in the old stuff and BOOM all done. JUst plug the stuff in and you re up and running. I'm happy with Spectrum ... well, except the price .... new customers get the deals, long time customers get the you know what!

This store is this worst if your trying to return eqmt. There only interested in sales. Anyone bring back eqmt is treated like there not important and worst of all I'm disabled and to can't stand for long. After an hour of waiting had to leave discussed.stay away from here if you expect compassion for yourdisability

I wish I could give them negative star. Customer service at Topsy lane is horrible.The representative named Aerys is awful and doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

They refused to cancel services, refused to let me speak with a supervisor, and they are still billing me after I returned their equipment a month ago. There's new service at the address and they are still billing me!

Spectrum is simply a terrible company. Avoid at all costs (pun intended). I was a customer for a year, all in. "Promotion" expired, cost skyrocketed. Pulled the plug on TV. Customer service screwed it up, spent way too much time on the phone to sort it out. And then of course the internet cost doubled because there was no 'bundle'. On the waiting list for T-mobile/Verizon 5G home. In the meantime I have an antenna for local channels and thank god for youtube. Spectrum, take notice...

Refused to give me WiFi services in my rv park and said we HAD to have a Bulk Contract with the owner. Wouldnt it make sense to give us all individual plans? Wouldnt you make more money that way? Finally, I got HughesNet to work with us. Needless to say, we know who's getting my money...

As a 12 year customer of Spectrum, I hate to have to make a complaint. But as I'm walking through Wal-Mart and a Spectrum promoter attempts to catch my attention, I'd only expect professionalism. If I'm walking through the store in a hurry, and I kindly decline any of your solicitation, I highly believe no one would appreciate the promoter to say, "sure you are" (when I tell them I'm in a hurry) as if you're disgusted cause you can't gain any attraction with your poor attitude. If you hate your job, find a new one so you don't treat the public like trash. I'd suggest filtering out the employees that aren't promoting your business in a professional fashion. Thanks.

Went in to cancel service and return equipment and my service wasn’t canceled and equipment didn’t show that it was returned until 6 months later

That was WAY WAY easier then expected. I made my appointment online and headed over to the Spectrum store and within 5 minutes of my appointment (early) they had me getting assistance. I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. I made a point to leave a comment that meant something.
