Make sure you talk to Oswaldo! He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me pick out an amazing phone and knew exactly how to help my fiance. A+ employee! Keep him around and appreciate his hard work and dedication! If he's not a manager he definitely should be!

I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with oswaldo when I went into the Metro store. Never in my 63 years have I dealt with such an awesome customer service I went in the store stressed out of my mind and oswaldo totally calmed me down and helped me get through replacing it with a new one.

Bought a phoneThe girl failed to tell me it didn't come with a charger or a box....Also no screen protector availableThe other two staff people were too busy chatting woth each other to really help her .I would have went somewhere elseLike my phone though

Had to replace my hubby's busted phone and the 2 employees were super helpful and friendly. Maybe get someone in there ASAP to fix the leaky ceiling. Im sure listening to dripping water hit buckets can get annoying but they didn't show it.

They made getting my phone service and getting my phone number amazing and helping me pick up my phone they're very knowledgeable the young man that was working there in the trainee was both very supportive very knowledgeable informative and the wet and so fast it took less than 30 minutes to get both services the internet and my phone thank you guys

Lies, horrible customer service, and lies. Purchased two lines and a hot spot that would not pick up a signal once I got it home. Told there was nothing they could do and that the 149.00 was non refundable. Not a single minute of service

This store has not been open this week yet, nor have calls been answered; voice mail is apparently not set up. We have a medical emergency in our family, and the sick person was desperate to get his phone fixed. After waiting for hours, calling, and returning the next day, we gave up and found a highly-recommended local repair shop that fixed the phone. There's a lawsuit in this one, due to the critical need our sick person has for his phone and the complete inability to contact this store, or the new owners, T-Mobile, online or by phone. AVOID T-MOBILE AT ALL COSTS.
