“Thank you, Sierra Oxygen Services...and everyone there...My Dads home concentrator stopped working and I was in a panic..I went down there and brought my Dads machine in to be fixed. We had no clue what was wrong with it..and we didn't have an appointment either and they still helped us. A very nice gentleman came out and took it inside and immediately knew what was wrong with it..In 10 minutes it was running perfect..I'm not sure what he did, but we brought it home and plugged it in and it works like a dream...All I can say is Thank You everyone from the ladies in the office to the gentleman that fixed it...I was amazed at their awesome service....My Dad will have all hisOxygen machines serviced there from now on.. I won't go anywhere else...Thank you again for all your help ..ALL OF YOUARE AWESOME!!!!!”
