Without going into her personal medical problems I'm very grateful for his advice and following through with what he said he'd do to help my mom. Crystal was very helpful in providing me information on the steps we need to take. She was very thorough in helping me understand what the equipment was for, how it would help my mom and finally how to go about getting the equipment.
