“I went to Sephora at Kohl’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago to buy a new brow pencil and foundation for a wedding that was coming up. I was so pleased at the willingness of CLAIRE, to help me find the right shade of foundation for my skin type and an eyebrow shade that would come close to matching my hair color. When I was indecisive, she provided me with samples of foundation to take home and try. While paying, she suggested I sign up to receive promotional emails to use on my next visit. The employees are always pleasant, and I’m usually greeted with a “hello” or “nice to see you”. Returns are easy if needed. My absolute favorite place to shop.”

“I just got my hair cut and got an olaplex treatment done by Ailene. I'm not sure how to spell her name but she did an amazing job. She listened and paid attention to my questions and worked with my hair type to give me the hair cut and style I wanted. She was very friendly and conversational and gave me really good advice on how to style my hair and prevent damage. I am very happy with how my hair turned out and she even parted it how I wanted it afterwards. She also didn't rush even though my hair took longer, she took her time and did a really good job. I will definitely be back.”
“I'm at this store constantly. I was extremely disappointed when I asked for credit on a larger item I had used red card for and it went on sale. I would've had to physically return the item and purchase again. Ridiculous. I had receipt. I'd already gifted so couldn't. People told me to buy a new one and return it with original receipt. I didn't do that but can see how it would work. Shame on target for that.”

He helped me find the section, He also listened well to me and then called over a nearby associate to find the item that I was looking for in the nearest store. I had already been in 2 other local Walmart stores looking for the same item. I have been helped here before. Very nice! Thank you!”
