“I stopped in a couple days ago to get a few last minute items for Christmas and was initially filled with dread at the sight of the line all the way back to the pharmacy. I immediately thought “this is going to take forever!” but also thought this is what I get for waiting until the last minute in the first place.To my surprise, within 5 minutes, I was already next in line at a checkout! I’ve NEVER seen such an organized and well-staffed holiday checkout. They controlled the line formation, uniformly guided the shoppers into the next available checkout and the clerks seemed to be cheerful & relaxed despite the daunting and endless line. That positivity seemed to rub off onto the people in line as well.So, a very big THANK YOU to the entire staff for your wonderful efforts. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you all!”

“it was during the heat dome when we visited so not looking our best. I expected to be treated with a side eye if you will. However, instead the two employees we crossed were professional and polite. I would've had to physically return the item and purchase again. Ridiculous. I had receipt. I'd already gifted so couldn't. People told me to buy a new one and return it with original receipt. “I always like to visit Sephora stores. The store offers a wide range of great skincare, hair, perfume and makeup products, and I can find anything I need for an attractive and radiant look. Sephora has excellent customer service, where I can get skincare and makeup tips and guidelines, as well as get free samples of new products. In addition, I can enjoy the unique and comfortable experience in the store, which makes me want to come back again and again. “With the exception of the Clearance Aisles, this is a nice store. Just like many other big stores, this one is already putting up Christmas (not a reason for the loss of one star) stuff. As a truck driver, it looks like they are OK with parking as long as we keep the lot clean. The reason for one less star? No restaurant. I've been to other WalMart Supercenters and they include a Subway or McDonalds.”

“Today I had the pleasure of being waited on by Tom Kirk. I had been to Scheels and wasn't overly pleased with the lack of service and indifference by the staff. On my way home I decided to stop at Walmart. I was looking for a fishing hat that would provide good protection from the sun. Tom took me to 2 different places in the store showing me what was available and helped me make a selection. Tom is the epitome of great service. Quick, friendly, informative. He didn't waste my time and I didn't waste his. I plan on checking Walmart out for my fishing needs in the future.”
