“The mechanic I used take my car to retired, so I was looking for a new one to take my care too consistently. My car just crossed over the 100k mark so I wanted to have a trustworthy mechanic to get as much life out of my car as possible. I did some research and I got an oil change somewhere else at first and they gave me a pretty expensive quote after an inspection that I was a little dubious of.I wanted to get another opinion and my gf recommended I see Harold at GH Auto Repair. It turned out there were some things that needed replaced on my car, but the other company had those items priced much higher, and they also had additional things in the quote that weren't necessary.It's super refreshing to find an honest mechanic who does timely and very high quality work, especially in an industry that can be as shady as Automotive work. Harold also showed me all the old parts that he replaced which is really nice in an effort of full transparency.I highly recommend Harold at GH Auto Repair. “Was eating lunch in Papillion and went out to get in truck. Flat rear tire. Drove over to Firestone and they looked at it and said replace only. I replied do you sell Goodyear. Their response was no but they could order one. I asked who was the nearest Goodyear and they said Jensen tire. I drove over to Jensen they got my truck right in and patch the tire that was flat and Firestone was replaced only. It was Friday afternoon and I was rushing to finish my day. Thank you Jensen tire. “This is my first review ever for anything and I just wanted to say thank you for such a pleasant experience! I’m in town for the month for work and had to get new tires. I couldn’t get them in time before my trip so I had to get them in Omaha. I decided on Jensen Tire & Auto South 144th due to the location being close to my hotel and the great reviews. Lemme tell ya, they definitely live up to the reviews! I made it a bit earlier than my appointment time and when I walked in I was greeted immediately and they knew who I was, I didn’t even have to introduce myself! They made me feel welcomed while I was there and I really appreciated the great customer service I received! On top of that - I’ll be leaving Omaha with some great souvenirs (my tires)!”

“5 stars thanks to the amazing and kind gentleman Rudy M.!! Wow, I cannot lie, the original person who answered the phone/dispatch person said in their own words, “oh, I have someone pulling in right now, give me the tire size, oh, I see you’re even less than a mile away, they’re getting into the drive right now and we can get that tire size in and they’ll be to you in no time”. well as 45 minutes approached I called again and this time I happened to catch Rudy on the phone. Not only did he apologize for the mistaken time quote from earlier, but he assured me that he truly is there, is putting the tire in and all the machinery is already in, and will be to me soon. Hung up the phone and he arrived in 10 minutes flat. Was very kind and completed the job and somewhere between 12 and 15 minutes tops. Thank you again to the company for helping, but especially for Rudy being truthful and very timely and polite. He definitely deserved the tip I gave him. He’s a wonderful employee and is honest. And that is what truly counts. Much appreciation to Rudy and to the company that he works for. Next time, just throwing it out there, if whoever did say originally, I wouldn’t be waiting anywhere near as long, please try and work on a better accurate quote time, I wouldn’t have been a little upset if I was quoted 40 to 60 minutes, it’s just that I was told that literally they were arriving, and that being less than a mile away, I couldn’t have imagined it being more than 15 to 20 minutes. But anyways, things happen. Rudy save the day, amazing employee. Thanks again, you guys, if you find yourself with a flat in Council Bluffs, downtown, or Midtown Omaha, definitely give them a call! Also, very price friendly.”

We were pointed to Manuel's and arrived as they were leaving. We asked if they could help and they were so kind to stay!
