“Great friendly people. Last night I was driving home to California from a cross country road trip with my mom when I ran over an object in the middle of the highway. Something was dragging so I pulled over when safe and saw an underbody shield was dragging.Luckily I was already close to my hotel for the night in Council Bluffs. Everything was closed for the night so I had to wait until morning to start making calls. The closest shop was this Auto Body Concepts. The secretary was super friendly on the phone and said they could get me in right away to get an estimate. Luckily it was easy for them to just pull off the damaged panel and put it in my truck space so I can look into getting it fixed once I get home. I was able to get back on the road with hardly any delay. Thanks!”

I wanted to get a battery charger for the two RV batteries I had bought, and though I was going to have to buy two individual chargers. They should me the dual battery charger I needed that goes down to a trickle charger to keep the batteries charged throughout winter without overcharging them.”

“These guys are dope! I needed a replacement stereo for a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country and there was definitely no shortage of them around the country. I sent off about a dozen requests for pricing with shipping late one night via email and only heard back from a few companies since most of them don't really use email. A-1 was the cheapest part and the cheapest shipping. Called up and spoke to Tim and he shipped my order the same day, and I received it a few states away just 2 days later. Amazing. Will literally try to find my future car parts from A-1 before looking elsewhere.”
