“I have been a Wells Fargo customer for three decades. Yes there are always bumps in the road with any business. But since my wife passed in November 2019 I have learned the value of this branch. They gave me advise the was timely and accurate during the transition from my prior history with my wife while adjusting to being a widower that needed to add children to the accounts as recommended by my lawyer. They spent over an hour with me deleting my wife from the accounts and adding my children. (I made and on-line appointment for this task.) They even called my son's WF Branch in Danbury, CT who assisted getting his signature on the account authorized accesss documents. Just this week, I needed to transfer cash from another bank account to my WF savings account. The young lady teller who helped me and her supervisor were superior. I would hope that those who critique this branch realize the bank is understaffed. Not all employees are qualifed to do all jobs. If employee A is helping another customer, is it fair for customer A to walk in and demand immediate service? If you have an issue important to you go on-line and make an appointment. I have done this three times since November 2019. I want to say thank you to the employees who try to serve their customers in these hard times when all positions cannot be filled. Be thankful they chose to work to help others.”

Gwen was very friendly and was able to assist me very quickly. She even took a few seconds to help me change my debt pin. I had no issues and will be back to complete a deposit after my sale!”
