Now, I think I saw an email that tell me to let you know about small withdrawals from my checking - which I saw today - in the amount either 14 or1 18 cents and the 2nd one was 40 cents - but I don't know who or where to send this information. Could you do a little more to help us untechy older clients navigate through these processes.”
