The lady that answered the phone in the pharmacy was entirely unprofessional and couldnt even wait to hang up the phone all the way up before she scoffed at my questions.

Rude! They don't acknowledge you and speak to multiple people when your the one they should be direct contact with! I stood at counter 10 minutes.
