“the first time I came to this pharmacy was to pick up my HRT. staff was super friendly and even helped me find discount codes for my meds. they have my preferred name on file so I've never had to give my deadname for anything, it's something really small and simple but it really means a lot to me. if my insurance weren't requiring me to go to cvs to get my meds covered I'd absolutely continue to go here for my other meds instead of just HRT.”

I called around trying to find a replacement part for it but repeatedly got told that if he wasn't a current client, they couldn't help us. I was referred to Kohll's by someone from a Walgreen's (and kudos to them!). I called, spoke with their respiratory person and sent pictures. She had what we needed and fixed us right up! No hassle. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it was expensive -$70 for a replacement cushion for the face mask. But we really appreciated her expertise.”

“Eddy the pharmacist from the Saddle Creek store here in Omaha, quite literally may have saved my moms life. We were prescribed a medication after my mom had heart surgery today. Unfortunately the doctor prescribed a dosage that was not covered by insurance. Out of pocket the medication was going to be $400. I was prepared to put the amount on my credit card, because we needed it. However, Eddy took the time to change some details and eventually got the medication completely covered. Eddy, I owe you and my family and I are so thankful.”

“We used another major chain to fill prescriptions for over a decade, but I don’t think we will ever look back after switching to Hy-Vee. If I had known how much better things could be, I would have saved a lot of stress and tears and switched much earlier. The process is seamless, prescriptions are filled quickly, and there is no drama. I can tell everyone I interact with takes their job seriously without sacrificing kindness. Pharmacists (and their staff) have a lot to be stressed about with medication shortages and a busy flu/RSV/Covid season, but no one at this location has ever put that stress on me. Communication is timely, direct, and efficient. I don’t know what kind of alchemy is at play here, but I have a feeling it is a combination of competence and a positive working environment. The fact no seats has me know they want no other customers to just sit an clutter the area that are seeking services. If that an issue I suggest calling in medicine by doctor or being fax to this location or one you do use. I have never had any issues to read reviews that are not irrelevant or someone mad about the service they had when I been going two years no problem. This is not made for your likes it for in and out or patience time wait to fill depending on how many medicines you needed. Advise if do not want to wait or have no patience this is not the place to fill your medicine if can write ride reviews. This store is great with all it departments no one perfect not even a customer or employee we are just a like.”
