“I have been banking at Pinnacle for 20 + years; personal and business accounts. The employees have always been very helpful and very nice. At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! Their online services are great also, no fees for online services, no checking fees! Couldn't ask for a better bank. They KNOW the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

“I was with GWB for 8 years (I loved it) don’t have any complaints there but now with the transition to First Interstate Bank its making it hard to get to the bank since they changed their hours drastically! No saturdays anymore and M-F it’s only 9 am to 5:30pm which is the hours that I work, I enjoyed being able to come to GWB either Saturday morning or on my way to work before 9am. Might have to change banks even though I don’t want too.? Please do 8am-5:30pm M-F at least!”

“I've always had good service at all locations except for one time when I asked for a loan. Don't remember the gentleman's name but he had a corner office and wasn't very pleasant. If you hate your job or burnt out go on a vacation or quit. I ended up going somewhere else to get an auto loan because of him. I still bank with FNBO but it's because of the other staff that smile and greet customers.”
