“By far the best, most consistent pharmacy services i’ve had experience with. The staff, communication, & speed in which my prescriptions are filled has been a game changer for me. Showed up on a Friday which is a day they close at 5, I realized & began walking back to my car 20min past close when one of the kind staff walking out had gone out of his way to get me back in & my prescription checked out before leaving. Would give 10 stars if I could!!”

“Great for convenience and a quick grocery trip. Only complaint is that it doesn't always have fresh cilantro and I buy that a lot. I like the long belt self checkout because I prefer to bag my own groceries. The check out people are always friendly and I never have to wait to long for my ID check when I ring up alcohol.”

“I was traveling from Nebraska through Iowa to reach home at Illinois. The gas is feels like cheaper in SamsClub as I have the membership it was 299. Later I found another gas station is giving price of 285. This is disappointing that someone can give the lower price than Sam’s Club. We take the membership due to adding the cheaper price and the quality gas or Sam’s Club will take care of this in future.”

“The website said they had what I needed in the pharmacy department. I looked around, couldn't find it, and asked at the pharmacy. The person behind the counter came out and immediately found what I needed and made a suggestion for a certain product based on what I needed it for. Great service pharmacy! Then when I went to check out, there was no one in sight. I strolled up and down the check out area for a few minutes and finally an employee came out to run the register. I imagine management wants the check out people busy stocking shelves just to utilize their time, but it's annoying to customers. Perhaps a bell to ding on the counter would alert staff more quickly that someone wants to check out.”
“The people working at this pharmacy have always been very good to me. They listen to my problem and help me tremendously every time I come in or even when I call. I appreciate them very much.”
“I go here often to get labs done, it's on the first floor. The pharmacy is located on the second floor near the elevator, you can buy non prescription medicine here too, like Pepto, Tylenol, and other such things. The Starbucks is always busy so be prepared to wait for a cup of coffee. Most of the ladies at the entrance are friendly and will assist in giving directions to your specific office. All of the buildings are connected to each other.”
“Since 1992 I have used the same Pharmacy for meds and shots. They could be the poster of Custoomer Service. However due to recent changes in insurance I had to find another pharmacy. This pass weekend was a disaster trying to get one script filled at two other locations. I have spent the morning trying to locate one in my network with good customer service. I have only had COVID shots here, but on-line reservations were timely and done easily. Changing my preferred Phamacy to this location with my doctors office.”

“I have been a member of Sam's Club for more than 20 years. Although there are limitations, I generally have always been happy with my membership. POSITIVES: 1. In most food product categories, SAM's carries major brands of recognized quality.2. Prices are consistently competitive.3. Name Brand Items such as clothing often sell for significantly less than retail.4. Discounted gas with cash back credit.NEGATIVES:1. Most dry food items are sold in double/triple quantity.2. Many dry food products are available only in one brand and/or in the primary product type. I.e. one type of Prego Spaghetti sauce or JIF Peanut Butter in smooth only, 3. Products suddenly disappear. As you shop you may notice the supply of a product is diminishing. The next time in the store the product is completely gone and will never come back! Or maybe it will (maybe 10% of the time)? Some things just suddenly reappear without explanation?If you find a preponderance of items that you regularly use then, Sam's is a great superstore.”
“During a cross country trip, my husband's travel CPAP broke. I called around trying to find a replacement part for it but repeatedly got told that if he wasn't a current client, they couldn't help us. I was referred to Kohll's by someone from a Walgreen's (and kudos to them!). I called, spoke with their respiratory person and sent pictures. She had what we needed and fixed us right up! No hassle. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it was expensive -$70 for a replacement cushion for the face mask. But we really appreciated her expertise.”

“the first time I came to this pharmacy was to pick up my HRT. staff was super friendly and even helped me find discount codes for my meds. they have my preferred name on file so I've never had to give my deadname for anything, it's something really small and simple but it really means a lot to me. if my insurance weren't requiring me to go to cvs to get my meds covered I'd absolutely continue to go here for my other meds instead of just HRT.”

“I love the Omaha and Papillon pharmacy. They are ALWAYS so friendly and nice, especially at Papillon. No Sam’s Club membership needed to use the pharmacy for Rx.”
“I shop at this location a lot and really like the scan and go option. My only complaint is the last 5 times I have been there they have been out of Franzia Crisp White wine. They always have 100 or so Chardonnay but zero Crisp White.”
“Okay, so I only switched to the “small-mart” Walmart pharmacy in September of 2023. That being said, I’m upset that I didn’t switch sooner! This is, hands down, the best pharmacy I’ve been to. I rarely have to wait, and when I do, it’s no longer than 5 minutes. Everyone there is friendly, professional, helpful, AND competent! All my questions have been answered quickly, as well as correctly, and I never feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone by asking. My prescriptions are always ready for pickup quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would; I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. If you’re debating on switching, do it. You won’t regret it.”

“Walgreens is one of those places everyone will like bc they're open on most holidays when everywhere else is closed, as well as fairly late, or my go to locations are both open 24hrs which is life saving at times! They've got everything from snacks, to hair care products, art supplies, cleaning products, and hygiene/health and beauty items, as well as small misc items for gifts. PLUS I can load my cash app card here, and that's even more convenient! Aside from being a teeny bit higher in price than some competitor drugstores, you won't catch me complaining!”

“Yes, to activate prescriptions you do have to wait sometimes a long time, but I am getting prescriptions at zero cost to me. People I have spoken with at the base pharmacy are very professional and helpful. To those that aren’t willing to be slightly inconvenienced, go to a civilian pharmacy and pay for your prescription.”
