Jesus never pressured me to buy a new phone but just gave me the options of what I could do. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.”

“I usually go to the main Verizon store on O St. Was ready to change providers due to the treatment I receive at that location. My daughter said to head on over to Victra and will now go nowhere else! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Went in to just upgrade my phone and then give my mom my old phone. The phone I had already researched was not available. While the sales rep at O St. store simply brushed me off and offered no other suggestions, Victra staff looked up other products, went over all features, even told me about the drawbacks of products. They listened to what I wanted/needed. They outlined my monthly bill, transferred everything for me, didn't try to sell me anything that I couldn't get cheaper elsewhere. The customer service was great! They have my business and I'll send anyone who asks to their location. The Verizon store on O St. could take a serious lesson from these folks on what true customer service and respect is. Thanks so much to the entire crew at Victra!!”

So we decided to go to the N 27th and the young man serving us made the experience pleasant and worth it. My wife did all interactions so I don’t know his name but I do know he is getting married soon. He did an excel job and made us feel welcomed. Because of him we will continue with US Cellular.”
