“I stopped in a couple days ago to get a few last minute items for Christmas and was initially filled with dread at the sight of the line all the way back to the pharmacy. I immediately thought “this is going to take forever!” but also thought this is what I get for waiting until the last minute in the first place.To my surprise, within 5 minutes, I was already next in line at a checkout! I’ve NEVER seen such an organized and well-staffed holiday checkout. They controlled the line formation, uniformly guided the shoppers into the next available checkout and the clerks seemed to be cheerful & relaxed despite the daunting and endless line. That positivity seemed to rub off onto the people in line as well.So, a very big THANK YOU to the entire staff for your wonderful efforts. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you all!”

I would've had to physically return the item and purchase again. Ridiculous. I had receipt. I'd already gifted so couldn't. People told me to buy a new one and return it with original receipt. I didn't do that but can see how it would work. Shame on target for that.”
“Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there).We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.”

“I was very reluctant to get the vacc due to the side effects but decided to get my first shot. The young lady who did the vaccine was very kind and gentle. I couldn't even feel it. She also answered any of my questions. I then purchased some items in the pharmacy and the staff there was so nice too! Even shared her thoughts on a popcorn I was buying. I have been using Walgreens more because I live north of it but it is very worth going a round the round about to CVS. It just felt more clean and modern too. Walgreens is so busy and dirty and staff seem over worked or something to be so unfriendly. But I had to give 5 stars to CVS for making it a pleasant experience.”

“Today I went to this store to get an upgrade of my phone. The team took the time to go through all my options and explained to me how the trade-in process worked. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the T-Mobile offerings. “We have bought four appliances from here over the past year and they have been very helpful each time, so we keep going back. The sales folks are like search engines...come in with ideas of what you are looking for and they will point you in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and if they don't know all the specs they'll grab them for you quickly so you can make an educated decision. So if there is a year in our future where every appliance dies again, we'll be going back to Schaefer's for sure.”
