I enjoy going to Hot Topic to be nearly overwhelmed with the amount of stuff in the store. But this location did not grab my attention as well as most others do. Thankfully the employees were very nice.”

“I had a pair of shoes purchased about four weeks ago and it was defective. Lost my receipt, therefore one of the employees just following store policy and procedures in referring my case to the manager. Steve (manager) was very accommodating and understanding and rectified my problem. I recommend you keep your receipt and the box the item came with, if it’s shoes, it’d save a lot of problems. Highly recommend this store for reasonable and affordable selection of today’s fashionable apparel.”

In addition, I can enjoy the unique and comfortable experience in the store, which makes me want to come back again and again.
