“Ive been traveling to Lincoln every other week for the past 2 years. Mr Ben at the airport Avis is simply the best! Even before I became a regular he took great care of me. My company has used this particular Avis location quite a few times for other travelers due to the fact that Ben and his team are fast, courteous, professional as well as understanding when plans change. I once had a family emergency while I was in Lincoln and needed a car to drive cross country back to PA with about 20 minutes notice. Not only did they find me a vehicle, they made sure it was my preferred type of vehicle. Just a great location and a great bunch of guys led by Ben. Thanks again fellas!”
“After seeing a deal online I went to your Lincoln branch on Husker Circle. They wouldn't honour it and I was stuck renting at twice the rate for the day, as I had a friend travel 30 minutes out of our way in order to get the better deal. I returned it the following day and got a nicer car at a better price from one of your competitors just down the road on 0 street. The young man on O st did make an adjustment on my bill when I complained, but it was still more than double of your competitor. He was very nice, the main reason I am giving you a 4 rather than a 2 rating. I doubt I will ever use your firm again.”

“Ben Kositzke was working the counter both times i came (Pick up, Drop off): Pick up was a breeze i was in and out within minutes! Drop off Ben really listened to me when i had a issue arise with the vehicle i had and how i had to jump threw so many hoops to get into another vehicle 6 hours away from home. It was my first time renting from Enterprise and I would definitely rent from this location again just because of the great service i had from Ben.”
“I had multiple airline challenges on my recent visit to Lincoln including a late cancellation that forced me to land in Omaha. I had to switch my reservation 3x and this office was awesome in helping me resolve my issue quickly including transferring my reservation to the Omaha airport location. David waived my change and Bonnie was off the charts helpful and was the calm in the midst of the airline storms. Highly recommend!!”

“What an amazing company. Great price and Ken was our driver. My family was stranded in Des Moines airport area from the CrowdStrike and could not find a single rental car. Ken drove to Des Moines to get them and bring them back to Lincoln. Very pleasant and kind man. We sure appreciate the whole crew - great communication from Lori. They sure saved the day.
