Overnight parking available and bathrooms available as long as there is someone in the office. That’s a plus. Put in a dock early…WAY early and left to sit for over 5 hours. Burning up my reefer fuel. Left me with crap time to drive the 600 miles for my delivery. Can’t see myself ever coming back here.

We arrived at 9:30 for a 10:30 appointment, the check in process was pretty smooth, after check in you park and wait for a call to get to a door which we only had to wait 20 minutes, it's a little tight but doable so take your time, we got loaded pretty fast, the people are great and professional, we'll definitely go back

After reading previous reviews about this place, I decided to arrive at 11am for my 2:30pm appointment. Boy, was that a mistake! The office staff was friendly; I completed the paper on the clipboard and handed it in to finish the check in process. The location of driver checkin is at the end of the building before you see any docks. I was told to await a phone call and that would be when I get my dock assignment. I parked in one of the spots available to await my call. I was able to make lunch while waiting. My call came at 2:40pm. Getting into the dock wasn’t easy for me because space is limited but it is possible. I saw a lady tear off half of her bumper trying to get into a spot, so be careful. As I write this, I am still waiting to get loaded. The time now is 4:15pm. Your reefer temp must be set at -10 degrees. I hope this info is helpful to you. Do with it what you will. I’ll try and do an update if possible.

I do not advise anyone to come. I arrived at 2:00 am and started work at 7:00. I was there and checked in. She told me that my appointment was at 9:30. At 10:35 I did not get a place to download. Unfortunately, Io D is less than a star. If you are not ready to download why give me an appointment

Wonderful experience! Yes, they take a bit longer to load than they should, but everyone is super friendly here. As previously stated, they have a staging area for drivers while waiting for a door, with room for about 10 trucks. But, if you're like me and show up 8 hours ahead of your appointment, they let you park on the drop lot at the other end, where there's room for at least another 20 trucks.

Overnight parking allowed, I came at 0600 for a 0730 appointment. Plenty of spaces to park. Have reefer pre cooled at -10. Took PU number into shipping and receiving office at 0700. Office is next to dock door 1. Got a door right away. They have a paper for you to fill out, so have all your shipping info. Very professional staff, fast and efficient. They know what they are doing. Started loading me pretty quickly. I was the first truck in a door, so I know they had to get my order ready. When I got a green light, I walked to the office for paperwork. Space between doors is great but limited room in front, but definitely doable. On my way, about 5 hours to load less than a full trailer (18000 LBS). Thanks for making it easy for the truck drivers, but load time for me was slow.
update: They were awaiting product per warehouse on Friday everything was here, but it was not. The hold up was not Vertical Cold storages fault. Thanks

Appointment time 16:00. Dock door 19:00 still at the door 21:00 but yet they will collect a late fee of we show up late. The ladies in the office very nice. One pallet in the truck every hour.

Arrived 1250 they let me park in parking area
Called at 1415 to get my door
Appt was 1430 so no complaints
Started loading 1457,
Finished 1545. Front desk were really nice I don't really count anything negative until my appt time. They don't have a lot of area to park in, roughly 8 usable spots. The reason for losing a star, they could have loaded faster as I counted 5 minutes between getting on my trailer ...
