The company took a payment of 150usd for being late for 30 minutes. Waited 3 hours before the download started. It is absolutely unclear what kind of rule it is to pay and wait.

I just loaded there today 10-19-23. First, it's not the fastest I've been to but they are very friendly and reasonable amount of time to get loaded. Honestly, no complaints. Seriously, great people. Keep up the good work folks!
