He was very engaging helping me with my hang cleans and janky muscle ups. Everyone was super nice welcoming me and my workout partner Alex was awesome. Check it out, you won't regret it!”

8010 S 84th St, La Vista“It's not an overly crowded gym. I'm a life long night owl since birth (born at 11:58pm.) My entire adult life has happened between 2pm and 6am. So being able to come in at late night when I'm most productive mentally and physically is a big time bonus. I love that you accept my medicare advantage plan to cover my membership, and let me use my personal funds to cover difference so can have black card membership. And done automatically helps me big time also. I love the hydro massage machines, my back and the parts with surgical metal in them haven't felt this good ever before using them daily. I really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff that always makes me feel welcomed and valued. My only complaint is that as a handicapped person working on being able to run and dance again after 9 surgeries and 15 years of physical therapy, that every single time I need to pee, some 20something self entitled fully able bodied twinkie is in the handicapped toilet stall. I have literally peed myself multiple times this month waiting on them to get out. Same true of the handicapped dressing room and shower. And I'm not the only one with this complaint, the other 4 physically disabled women at this gym; who we all have the same orthopedic surgeon, whose staff recommended PFs to continue working on rehabilitation after our physical therapy sessions discontinued; have encountered this problem every single day. One of us who has been a member since this location opened years ago, says she's never been able to get into the handicapped stall without having to wait on some inconsiderate, selfish millenia that has no physical disabilities to get out of it. One time recently, one of us female members with a walker, actually had to wait on some young twinkie for 45 minutes while this selfish girl recorded TikTok videos in the handicapped stall. When the twinkie finally got out, she ran out of the bathroom to grab something, and while the woman with the walker was slowly making her way from the lockeroom bench to the handicapped stall; the twinkie ran back in and shut herself in it before the woman could reach it. When I came in to look for the woman wondering why it was taking so long for her to return to our group to resume our workouts, she told me what was going on. I went and got a female employee to tell the twinkie to get out of the stall. The employee explained its the only stall that the walker fits into. The twinkie says that the woman is skinny and can fit into a regular stall. The employee demonstrates no matter how you try to fit it in sideways, there's no way to get out of it to get onto the toilet. But the twinkies obesity was not so severe to prevent her from getting into and out of a regular stall. Later I learned that the twinkie tried to get that employee fired, and failed miserably and as a result of her extremely bad behavior has been banned from all PFs. I praise that was how the staff handled it, punishment fit the crime. And that employee was recently promoted, which she earned and deserved. So to prevent these situations from occurring, please, for the love of God, comply with the Disabilities Act and put "Handicapped Only" stickers on the toilet door, dressingroom stall door, and a sign next to the handicapped shower stall as well. This needs to happen at EVERY location nationwide. Because I'm sure we aren't the only ones encountering these problems daily. I've laid out the problem, given you a low cost solution. Especially if every location has a laminating machine, these can be printed, laminated and installed immediately according to federal compliance of Disabilities Act Laws, please. I'm currently reaching out to all disabled PFs members nationwide to join a support forum, and a letter writing campaign to hit your all forms of your mailboxes daily till the stickers go into place.”
