I have been training here for just over a year. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I have seen great progress in my muscle growth. Ish takes a personalized approach with each client depending on where they are starting and what their goals are.

Later in life, it was decided 'now or never' to get back into shape. Ish was referred to me and 2 years later, I absolutely have no regrets! Ish is always a professional with a fast sense of humor.
