“Bought a Stihl HT135 polesaw here this morning. They had a good array of models to choose from. Staff was helpful and friendly. Facility very clean, organized and inviting. One thing I would've liked to see is a Stihl specialist staffed throughout business hours. Their "Stihl Guy" didn't come in until 10am and I was there at 9am. Not enough of a problem to knock the rating down a star, but the buying process would've been a bit easier if I could have bounced some technical questions off of him. All in all though I was very please ld with my experience!”
“I walked into our local Ace Hardware in Springfield, NE on Saturday with my five year old daughter looking to purchase a mini Green Egg for my husband for Fathers Day. He has the XL at home already and is obsessed with it. He had expressed interest in getting the mini one for quick cooks.An older gentleman was quick to assist me when I requested one in a box. He searched inventory and unfortunately could not locate one. While he was searching for me another older gentleman checked on me to make sure I was being help.After he shared with me he didn’t have one in a box but could order one for me, I explained I was last minute Fathers Day shopping so ordering one would not work. He offered to call Gretna Ace Hardware and to my relief they had one. I asked if they could hold it and I would go grab it. He immediately said, oh no we can go grab it for you. I explained I was in a time crunch and needed it no later than four - at this time it was close to noon. He said no problem at all.Then a younger gentleman took over and checked me out. To my surprise he said, can I get your address, I will personally deliver it before four. I explained it was a surprise so I couldn’t have him ring the doorbell. To my surprise again he said no worries I’ll call you when I’m close.The green egg arrived at two (well ahead of my super short window of time) and he graciously placed it in my garage and called ahead of time. They did all of this FREE OF CHARGE. I have never had such amazing customer service. A big box retailer would have made maybe put in a 10th of an effort.Ace Hardware in Springfield, NE keep up the great work. I have told so many people about my amazing experience and will continue to do so. You have no idea how grateful I am for your courtesy, kindness and amazing customer service.”

“Keith and Mike installed our stacked washer and dryer and could not have been more professional and skilled. We have an extremely tricky laundry setup in our condo and they were able to trouble shoot and come up with the correct solution. Everything looks great and works like a charm. “I recently took my Stihl weedeater to Ace because the string got caught in the head and stopped turning. I also know they have a repair person. I walked in expecting my weedeater to be taken in by the repair shop, that I’d have to wait two weeks and then I’d pay over $150.
What actually happened was much more pleasing: about a minute after I stepped inside an associate with a bald head asked me if I needed help. I told him I was looking to get the head replaced. He said he’d see what he could do for me. He then took the weedeater and started fixing it there. The string had gotten under the head and melted into the body. He scraped every bit off, while helping other customers with their questions and a smile and then he showed me the head options. We replaced the head and it only costs $25! Ace helped me in a time when money is tight and they’ll definitely be getting more of my money in the future!”

Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Also one time had a problem with there third party rebate processor, they sent my $1,2k rebates to the wrong address , but few months later there customer service helped to make it work.”
“Located off of Industrial/L Street and 120th, parking was no issue today. Staff provided the help to find the right aisle for paint brushes and portable gas containers. Prices were very reasonable, and even though checkout took a while due to a distracted clerk who didn't see us at checkout 4, everything else was pretty good at this Home Depot.”
“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”

“I would like to offer my sincere apologies to the proprietors of Ty’s and their service staff for my previous review-although I feel their service dept. has some work to do- my situation seemed to have been caught into a perfect storm. I received a phone call 1st thing this morning- to my pleasant surprise from an owner of Ty’s and I really feel they have the best for their customers at heart.I have been a loyal customer of Ty’s for years and will continue as long as I feel they are trying. The service business is tough- I know 1st hand but it can be done!”
