Showed up on a Friday which is a day they close at 5, I realized & began walking back to my car 20min past close when one of the kind staff walking out had gone out of his way to get me back in & my prescription checked out before leaving. Would give 10 stars if I could!!”

“I went to this pharmacy after getting a prescription sent in. The urgent care sent the prescription to the wrong CVS, but the pharmacist here knew exactly what to do. She could have told me to go to the other CVS in the morning to get my medicine, but instead she gave me what I needed without any hesitation. Amazing customer service!”

“The website said they had what I needed in the pharmacy department. I looked around, couldn't find it, and asked at the pharmacy. The person behind the counter came out and immediately found what I needed and made a suggestion for a certain product based on what I needed it for. Great service pharmacy! Then when I went to check out, there was no one in sight. I strolled up and down the check out area for a few minutes and finally an employee came out to run the register. I imagine management wants the check out people busy stocking shelves just to utilize their time, but it's annoying to customers. Perhaps a bell to ding on the counter would alert staff more quickly that someone wants to check out.”

“Made a visit to get a tetanus booster shot, interacted with 3 different people (Marti B, Noelle, & Jamee), and everybody was awesome.Also, it was all very quick and easy.And, lastly, when Jamee administered the shot, literally almost did not feel a single thing.And, the next day, no notable pain or soreness, whatsoever.So, this is one pharmacy I would definitely recommend!”

“the first time I came to this pharmacy was to pick up my HRT. staff was super friendly and even helped me find discount codes for my meds. they have my preferred name on file so I've never had to give my deadname for anything, it's something really small and simple but it really means a lot to me. if my insurance weren't requiring me to go to cvs to get my meds covered I'd absolutely continue to go here for my other meds instead of just HRT.”

“Where is the nearest 24 hour drug store in West Omaha? It's the Walgreens off of 132nd and West Center Road, near Zio's Pizza. Even at 3 am, there are alert employees who will ask how you are doing. The card section was impressive, this must of have been recently refilled since I have never seen so many cards available at a store. My snickers candy bars were in sale and I had to snag a few for the road. The facility is bright, clean, and well organized. This was my first visit to this Walgreens and it's nice to know this is a 24 hour store but the pharmacy won't open until 9 am on most mornings.”

“This review is about the store in general, I've never used the pharmacy. This is the nicest Walgreens in Omaha. It has a very nice, spacious layout. Most of the rows and displays are low so that you can see across the entire store-which feels really safe. They haven't tried to pack too much in. It was very clean and it didn't have one of those super annoying checkouts that funnels you through the maze of stupid things. Love it.”

“This Walgreens is near 204th and Maple, next to a dental facility. The morning crowd was very light and the parking lot is conveniently large. The store is relatively clean and staff greets you when you walk in and when you are going down certain aisles. The greeting card section was well stocked and the lady at the checkout desk provided a savings coupon for a greeting card that saved me 50 cents, which was greatly appreciated. This was the friendliest Walgreens I have visited here in Nebraska. Kudos to the management for hiring good employees at this location.”

“The only Baker's that I will ever buy my groceries from. My only complaint is the customer service department. The service there used to be good back then, but had kind of went downhill as of last year; it's super slow in the mornings. They had more employees for the morning shift since the first 2 years of the pandemic; but now it's just 3 people running it. Today, I tried to buy bus tickets but the ones I need were not in stock and hadn't been for 2 weeks (from what I was told). That's the first time they've never had the tickets with transfer in stocks for THIS long! Unacceptable!”

“Let's face it... we all walk in with a cart, with the idea of only getting a rotisserie chicken... yet we end up with a cart full of stuff we never knew we needed and never intended to get. What's not to love? Get your strawberries , pork loin, garden hose, and new dishes while the bakers are making your cake and your $1.50 hotdogs is being ordered. What more do you need? Maybe a tire or two! Best of all, is if there is something you buy and it doesn't "taste just right" or just doesn't work out for you, you can return that item without any hassle. I like the fact that they have also started checking people's Costco cards at the check out, to ensure that it truly is a member using the membership. Sadly I do have one complaint about this Costco location, and I'm sorry to say I've heard the same complaint over and over by customers standing next to me. Remember I mentioned the chicken we all originally went in for? Well my complaint ( and others ) seem to get the same guy putting out the chicken and he tends to take his time doing so and tries to control how many he will put out at a time. I've heard comments from people asking "what's his deal?" or "does he think he needs to control the chicken output?" Worst of all I heard one patron call him " the chicken nazi". Now he seems to get those chickens out all at one time when he has management hanging about , but other than that, it's a bit of a downer when we see him dealing out the chicken. I know it's petty, I get that! But I came in for just a chicken and ended up getting a set of tires! Still giving 5 stars!”

“I use Health Mart Pharmacy for my pharmaceutical needs. They are always working to make things smooth. I had a prescription for something that wasn't covered by insurance. Mike found as many coupons as he could to make my out of pocket expense affordable. On my birthday recently I received a Happy Birthday message from them. Never got one from any of the other pharmacies. And the other pharmacies don't look for ways to make it cheaper. Will always use them Health Mart first before others.”
