“Doing a home project with my HVAC, and needed some copper pipe and fittings, have made a few trips to the store as I don't want to have to much extra, did a couple returns grate service, was back and needed some 1/4 in 90 elbows, nope don't carry them, no big deal, but I was concerned that one of the Associates suggested that I use a compression fitting to do the job, I politely told them that you don't use compression fittings at all on HVAC as they leave to much chance to leaking, you either braze or solder the connections. The Associate was adamant that every one uses compression fittings, and was not going to change there mind. If anything please train folks on the correct parts to use in certain systems especially HVAC. I have worked HVAC for more than 30 yrs and never have I seen a compression fitting used as a connector or joint connection in any HVAC syatems.”

“I had never shampooed a carpet in my life...the nice gentleman that works here walked me through the entire process down to dry times and water temps and what chemical to use when. he even told me exactly what to get for my pet mess issue and the whole bill was waaaay under what i wouldve paid elsewhere. Excellent customer service, prices and knowledge. this place is a must.”

“Our igloo cooler needed a new valve. Our online search said Ace sold them. We downloaded the Ace app, and it said this store had two in stock. We got some assistance from our "helpful hardware man", and found them on an endcap...on clearance for $5. When I downloaded the app, I got a $5 store credit. This is pretty easy math, right? I walked out the door with my new valve and $0 out of pocket. Life is good!”
“It's Harbor freight, I'm a guy, give me enough money and I'm going crazy in there. Large selection of tools and equipment, but they don't carry the ATV / UTV tank sprayers I was looking for. Did see an awesome UTV / RIDING mower lift... at a very reasonable price. I could really use one .”

“I love Ace Hardware! I have been an Ace Rewards customer for years, which gives me access to more savings, whether I order online or in the store. The staff is always helpful and very happy. “*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

If they don’t have it in stock they’ll get it in stock and turnaround time is really short and efficient. We typically purchase online and go into an in-store pick up. That prevents a lot of phone calls and stress when you need something right away. The facilities always organized and maintained very well. Their hours are accommodating and it suits us very well.”

“It was great! I went in for some gardening items...I get coupons in the mail all the time .. so value is important to me....it's convenient and close to home.. they have so many "Big Green Egg" items for our grilling needs..and the staff is always super friendly! Value is just "ok" it's a smaller location but when you're in a hurry Ace usually has it! IF we need a screw or a wrench they have it!”
