Some major changes need to be made in the management and home delivery. My Mother taught me that if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything so I’ll leave it at that.

The staff is always angry and allergic to work with customers. Aimee the postmaster is easily the worst of all of them. I have yet to have a good experience with her. Crappy attitude that is unwilling to help anyone out.

Always super helpful and polite. Sometimes packages get sent back to the post office from my cluster mailbox unit and take awhile to get redelivered or I have to physically go collect it from USPS but overall, they have been much better than most.
