There have been a lot of new faces there but they try the best they can. These guys are so short handed and always greet you with a smile from the experience I’ve personally had. We all need to show some patience and grace. We need to understand these guys are showing up every day to provide us with a service and if we treat them as I’ve witnessed, we’ll lose them. “Everytime I use this post office I've had nothing but great service. I'm here to mail a package, pick up mail. Not to talk about the weather. The location has undergone changes through the pandemic. This post office had held the charge and keep on doing for our community. Also, directly commenting to Jane M:You are naming a federal employee Veronica Perry. If you have issue with her grow up and talk to a supervisor or call the 800# for USPS. In your complete thread stalking is described; seeing Veronica smoking on her vape, is working or has not been working. Harassment and cyberbullying of a federal employee is punishable by federal law.”

“Had a huge problem with the overseas customer service people telling me three different stories of why my package wasn't delivered despite paying overnight shipping. First it was on another truck, then it was left at the Distribution Center, then UPS was just too busy to deliver all of their packages... Completely unacceptable customer service. The Distribution Center here and the driver got a hold of me and went out of his way to bring the package to me so that I would not have to wait until Tuesday to get it. Great service from the Distribution Center here, but absolutely horrid service from the overseas customer service. I hope that corporate sees these and will reconsider Outsourcing jobs to places that will simply say anything to get a customer off the line. Thanks again to the local guys here, you saved my weekend!”
